We promise to ship our products to you in a safe, secure and reliable manner and to deal promptly with any defect or concern you may have regarding your order.
Please bear in mind that many of our products are natural "earth forms" or genuinely "hand-made" in small volumes, so you may encounter some variation in colour, texture, scent or wrapping between batches or orders, or from the images as displayed. If you do have any problems or queries, please let us know by email or by calling 01938 820663. We'll do our best to sort them out.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there may be restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, weights may be rounded up to the next full unit.
Postage and Packaging costs are calculated when you checkout your online order. The price of shipping is calculated automatically by our system based on the total basket weight and displayed when you visit the checkout, along with appropriate shipping options for you to choose.
If your order is urgent and required for a particular date, please use the additional comments field provided and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
We endeavour to maintain a substantial level of all products. If an item is out of stock, and that means that your complete order can not be delivered within 10 working days, you will be notified within 72 hours of ordering, and will be offered a full refund, or the opportunity to put that part of your order on back order until the item is re-stocked.
Please note that we can not guarantee the exact size, shape, and specific colour of any natural product, as a result products may therefore differ slightly from those shown in our photographs.
You may return most new, unopened items if in their original condition (and un-opened in the case of personal care products) within 21 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Items should be returned via recorded delivery, on receipt the appropriate refund will be provided.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
If you change your mind about your order, please contact us by email (or call on 01938 820663) within seven days of receipt. We will ask you to safely return the goods in unused, saleable condition. Our refund will not include the cost of post and packing of the original order and may be further reduced should the goods be returned part-used, incomplete or damaged. We may make a charge to cover any other costs reasonably incurred in recovering and restocking the goods.
We are located in the U. K. and abide by U. K. law. Under the 'Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations' you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days after the day you received the goods, and we must provide you with a refund for the value of the goods within 30 days of the cancellation.
Your goods should reach you in perfect condition, if your goods are damaged or faulty you can expect a replacement or full refund. If you do receive damaged or unsatisfactory products please email us (or call on 01938 820663) for advice within seven days of receipt.
We will arrange either to replace your goods or to refund the purchase price including any post and packing charge. We may ask you to return faulty goods to us and would ask that you take good care to pack them safely when doing so.
We put orders from our web site (and credit card orders by other means) through PayPal, one of the world's leading Internet payment services. After making an order on our site, you will be taken to Paypal's secure server to enter your credit card details... this information is then protected in transit over the Internet by SSL encryption. You may see a completed padlock or key in your browser when you are on the payment page. Long obsolete web browsers (typically version 3 or before) may not make a secure connection or may display an unnecessary security warning because their technology or internal security certificates are out of date.
